1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday) within the United States.

International Shipping (if available): 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on destination and customs clearance times.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and external factors such as weather or customs delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Promotions such as free shipping will be clearly stated on eligible products or during checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all states within the United States and select international destinations.

7. Delays and Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Tuner Imports is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs processing times.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist with tracking and resolution.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
