FAQ – Tuner Imports

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tax is calculated during checkout if applicable.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days for new items. Free return label included. A 20% restocking fee applies.

4. When will I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. What if my item is defective or damaged?
Email contact@tuner-imports.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not shipped.
