At Tuner Imports, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your return or exchange process as simple and transparent as possible. Please review our policy below for full details.
1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@tuner-imports.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
In new, unused condition
Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
Returns initiated after the 5-day period or items that are not in new condition will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order at contact@tuner-imports.com.
Exchanges follow the same product condition and packaging requirements as returns.
3. Return Method & Fees
Method: Returns are processed by mail only.
Return Label: A prepaid return label will be included in your package.
Return Shipping: Free of charge.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns (both defective and non-defective).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) of approval.
If applicable, any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@tuner-imports.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the defective or damaged item
We will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order can only be processed through the standard return procedure.
